For most small and medium size companies the complexities
surrounding Worker’s Compensation, Disability Leaves, FMLA, Military
Leaves, Unpaid Leaves, and the proper use of Vacation and Sick Time
can be overwhelming. Municipalities, like San Francisco, have
begun to enact their own legislation about vacation, sick and leave
time accruals and usage. If you are managing a business, it is
almost impossible to stay current on your requirements in this area.
With our retainer product you will have unlimited usage of an EW Leave Specialist. The Leave Specialist will handle all communications with the employee on all aspects of their leave, continued benefits coverage, disability pay integration, leave documentation, return to work documentation, and all notifications required. Employers will be able to discuss leave requirements, job guarantees, leave return dates and strategies regarding resource replacement during the leave period.
The retainer has no limit on hours utilized and does not require that hours be tracked and billed. The retainer may be discontinued at any time with 30 days notice.
We have attached the bios of the two principals of EW and their Head of Leave Management, which reflect their experience. When combined, the resources have more than 85 years in the human resource business.
