on employee population to EW Partners. In return, both principals are
available to the clients to consult on any human resource subject. The
retainer covers assistance with employee relations problems and general
consulting on all aspects of human resources at the company and Board level.
The product offers significant expertise for a minimal fee.

Compensation & Employee Leave Management Retainer
For most small and medium size companies the complexities surrounding
Worker's Compensation, Disability Leaves, FMLA, Military Leaves, Unpaid
Leaves, and the proper use of Vacation and Sick Time can be overwhelming.
Municipalities, like San Francisco, have begun to enact their own
legislation about vacation, sick and leave time accruals and usage. If

Relief Program
EW Partners performs annual TARP compliance reviews for impacted community
banks. The reviews include an audit of all executive personnel files,
a summary of executive compensation by executive, a review of all incentive
plans, review of all severance paid and recommendations to mitigate risks as
it relates to TARP provisions and the Federal Reserve Guidelines enacted in
June, 2010.
