Debora L. Kerley

Debora L. Kerley started her career in 1979 at Wells Fargo Bank as an Assistant Personnel Officer focusing on compensation, unemployment claim management, the company wide Wellsline and Suggestion Award programs and compliance.

From 1985 to 1996, she served as Director of Human Resources for Sequoia Equities, Inc.  Here she was able to expand her knowledge base to all areas of Human Resources, which included training and supervision of the Property Management and Accounting departments.

Sanwa Bank of California (Bank of the West) became the spot where she was able to really develop her employee relations skills.  As the Employee Relations Officer, she was involved in the recruitment, orientation, compensation, retention, and training in harassment awareness for the northern/central California regions.  Ms. Kerley provided four years of service to the bank.

For the next five years, Ms. Kerley worked for Greater Bay Bancorp in Palo Alto (Wells Fargo) as an Employee Relations Officer and Benefits Manager involved in various merger/acquisitions activities.  Here she implemented on-line enrollment and management systems, developed worker's compensation and leave management policies and procedures.

In 2005, John Parry & Alexander, Inc. (now EW Partners, Inc.) selected Ms. Kerley to manage all aspects of their HR Outsource product.  This involved multi-company and multi-state complexities.  During the transition from JPA to TriNet, Ms. Kerley was instrumental in the conversion of clients to the TriNet product.  Post sale of JPA saw Ms. Kerley continuing with the principals of JPA in their new company, EW Partners, Inc., and she now manages the newly formed Worker's Compensation and Leave Management product.

Ms. Kerley is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Northern California Human Resource Association.   Ms. Kerley has also earned her PHR Certificate and is currently studying for her SPHR Certification.

Ms. Kerley is a resident of Concord, California, and is married with three children.
