General Consulting and Employee Relations Retainer

Client Needs
Over the years it has become clear that Executive Officers, be they the CEO or CFO, need a place to go for advice and assistance. The EW Partners retainer product provides that resource at an affordable price.

The retainer is simple; clients who sign up for it pay a monthly fee based on employee population to EW Partners. In return, both principals are available to the clients to consult on any human resource subject. The retainer covers assistance with employee relations problems and general consulting on all aspects of human resources at the company and Board level. The product offers significant expertise for a minimal fee.

The retainer has no limit on hours utilized and does not require that hours be tracked and billed. The retainer may be discontinued at any time with 30 days notice.

Steve and Dennis' bios reflect their experience. When combined, the two partners have more than 60 years in the human resource business.

EW Partners will continue to provide project based consulting in a wide variety of areas including Executive Compensation, Board Compensation, Incentive Plan Design, and Equity Strategies. Projects are defined; clients are provided a proposal and fixed price.
