About The Company

EW PARTNERS, INC. (“EW”) is an outgrowth of John Parry & Alexander (JPA).  JPA was founded by both EW Partners in 1995 and was sold to TriNet HR in July of 2007.  Like its predecessor, EW Partners is a Human Resource consulting company.

Human Resource consulting has been the backbone of the company since its inception. EW Partners and all of its Senior Associates have more than 25 years of experience in Human Resource or Administrative Services.  In combination, the principals and associates have worked with public and private organizations, profit and not for profit organizations, and with companies of all sizes in a wide variety of industries.

Over the years, EW has developed a significant amount of expertise in the community banking vertical and now works with more than 100 community banks in the Western United States.
